Prerequisites
- **Active Production Plans **
- Created in Manufacturing > Production Plan (e.g., “June Ovita Waters Run”).
- Status: “Draft” or “Submitted”
- **Material Shortages Identified **
- Run “Get Raw Materials” in Production Plan to detect shortages
- Procurement Setup
- Default Suppliers: Assigned to raw materials (e.g., Yeast Supplier for Valdana Bread)
- Buying Roles: Users with permissions for Stock > Material Request
Steps to Integrate Production with Material Requests
Step 1: Auto-Generate MRs from Production Plan
- Open Production Plan (e.g., “Valdana Bread Batch #24”)
