1.0 Steps to Find Raw Materials

  1. Open the Item List
    • From the home page, go to Stock ▶️ Item ▶️ Item List.
  2. Filter to Raw Materials
    • Click Filters ▶️ Add Filter.
    • Select Item Group = Raw Materials and click Apply.
  3. Global Search
    • Use the top-right search bar (🔍) to type an Item Name or Item Code (e.g. RM-WF-25KG).
    • Press Enter and click the matching item in the results to open its profile.
  4. List-View Quick Search
    • In the Item Name or Item Code column header, type to instantly narrow the list.
  5. Add Additional Filters
    • Click Filters ▶️ Add Filter again to refine by:
      • Default Warehouse (e.g. Raw Material Store)
      • Valuation Method FIFO or Moving Average)
      • Shelf Life or End of Life dates
    • Click Apply after each filter.
  6. Combine & Save Filters
    • Chain multiple filters for precise results (e.g. warehouse + valuation).
    • Click Save Filter, name it (e.g. “Flour & Grains”), and reuse next time.
